If you are ready to move away from the diet culture, to learn a flexible way of eating that is free from restriction and free from a negative mindset around food, then this mindful eating program is for you. This program is self paced, fully online and will teach you the practice of mindful eating. You will learn to fully understand your bodily cues for hunger, fullness and emotional eating. When you eat mindfully, you are unable to overeat, you find enjoyment from just a small amount of your favorite treat foods, which frees your mind from being overly preoccupied with food, and diets, body image and weight. The program is set out step by step, with 45 easy to follow steps. It is completely self paced so you can take as much or as little time as you need. The steps involve reading, meditations, practical eating tasks, writing tasks and online quizzes. There is a group to connect participants, and support is available via email. Mindful eating and mindfulness will result in a healthier relationship with yourself and with food.
