MEET CINDY

Hi, I'm Cindy. I’m passionate about movement and simplifying wellness, with a mission to help you live a healthier, less stressful life through greater knowledge.

I turned to yoga to find calm amid the busyness of my life and instantly fell in love with its holistic benefits. The combination of physical stretching, strength, mindfulness, and breathwork was transformative.

As a multidisciplinary fitness coach, Personal Trainer and Nutritionist,  I can work with you personalising a wellness approach that makes achieving your goals easy. Helping you understand nutrition for your body ,and movement that is just perfect for you.
